"After making initial contact, Jamie and Matt quickly came to give us an estimate to clean and stain our deck. We had other estimates from other companies that were outrageous. Jamie and Matt were by far the most affordable and fairly priced. We worked with Christy to get on their calendar and her communication was excellent - she even checked in a few times to let me know they were still working on getting us on their schedule (without a prompt from me). They showed up on time and ready to work. They protected our siding and objects surrounding the deck while they cleaned and stained the deck.
