"FIVE STARS FROM BEGINNING TO END!! I needed to have the shingles replaced on the rear portion of my roof. I scheduled 5 different roofers to come out to give me estimates. Jason was not only almost $2,000 cheaper than the others, he also pointed out some things that needed immediate attention on the front portion of my roof that nobody else had mentioned. He contacted me the week before letting me know that we were still on for the originally scheduled date and what to expect as it got closer. On the day of the install, Jason remained onsite while his large crew completed the job. When all was done I had a BEAUTIFUL new roof and my property was spotless!! "We contacted Mid-Atlantic because we had some gutters that were beginning to detach from our house. We had had new gutters installed by another company (same basic design) over 10 years ago. We also had a sun-room added about 6 years ago, which had traditional gutters on it. Mid-Atlantic sent a representative out immediately, and he was able to survey our entire roof-line, identify problems and needed repairs, and give us an estimate on each portion of the proposed work.  He also gave us an estimate for cleaning all of the gutters on our home, explaining why washing them is essential to keeping them working effectively, and giving us instructions for cleaning them ourselves if we wanted to. In the end, we chose to have Mid-Atlantic do all of the work: repairs, new gutters, and cleaning. We felt that the price was extremely reasonable. Our rep arrived for the initial consult early, as did the work-crew on the day they were scheduled to complete the job. They were quick and professional, and cleaned up before leaving. "I contacted Roof Solutions after we discovered a water coming through an upstairs light fixture. Eric came out and discovered a missing slate and unsealed nail hole along the roof ridge. Rather than just replace the slate and reseal the ridge, Eric proposed a cap along the entire ridge to prevent future occurrence. The finished product is attractive and blends well with the roof."

"I have a small roof that is in good shape and wanted a professional roofer to reseal around the chimney flashing and replace any missing or damaged shingles prior to sale. <br>Bill not only resealed the flashing but also resealed the other vents and caulked a crack in the chimney mortar.  He carried shingles in several colors with him so the one or two shingles he replaced were a close match to the existing shingles. <br>Additionally, he wrote an assessment of the roof on his invoice that I will be able to use during the sale. <br>Quite a lot more than expected and I will absolutely call him when needed again. <br>"
