He showed great attention to detail and gave us a very fair estimate. Junior and his co-worker, Ephraim, were meticulous and cleaned up after themselves at each step along the way. They were the cleanest painters we have ever had work on our house. They pressure cleaned the house, repainted the wood, the metal railing, outdoor shutters and the front door. They also cleaned and stained the deck, which required replacing several of the boards that had rotted away. They carefully sanded the areas around the windows and repainted them. Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"

"Very pleased with end result. Haley Hahn's Ron Prince has many years of experience and was very knowledgable, responsive and helpful. The new gutters (with leaf guard) & downspouts are high quality, attractive and fairly priced. Installation took about two days and went very smoothly. Unlike so many others, they did a good clean-up job when finished although I did have to bring a few areas to their attention. My only disappointment was ... they would not repair very minor facia board damage (from squirrels) in two areas despite my willingness to pay extra. However, I would use them again and have already recommended them to a close friend."

"It was a little frustrating actually. With weather and everything, it took them a couple of months to get here. But, I understood that part. Then the guys installed the door incorrectly and they had to come back. They wanted to charge me more money. It was kind of a mess actually. The guys that did the work were nice. They were courteous and all that. But, it was frustrating working with the main guy, just the lack of communication and stuff. They showed up early. They could have used their judgement better and communicate. It was just a little tiny outdoor utility room. We bought the door the guy at Home Depot said to buy. The original door closed outward. Whereas, this door closed inward and the closet is about as big as the door. So, we couldn't even open. Even if we wanted to leave it that way, we couldn't even get our stuff out that was stored in there. That's where we expected professionalism from them. The guys had our phone number. We had been texting. It would have been a simple text to say, "This closes in. Do you want it this way?" So we demanded they come back out and take the door down. They helped me go back to Lowe's and get the right door. So they had to come back out to put it in. But the guy thinks that it was our fault they came out another time. It wasn't. It was theirs because they installed it correctly. We depended on their professionalism to say, "This isn't going to work. Do you still want us to do this?""
