He showed great attention to detail and gave us a very fair estimate. Junior and his co-worker, Ephraim, were meticulous and cleaned up after themselves at each step along the way. They were the cleanest painters we have ever had work on our house. They pressure cleaned the house, repainted the wood, the metal railing, outdoor shutters and the front door. They also cleaned and stained the deck, which required replacing several of the boards that had rotted away. They carefully sanded the areas around the windows and repainted them. Additionally, they worked around our schedule, which was a huge help for us. They were responsive to all our calls and texts. "It was a little frustrating actually. With weather and everything, it took them a couple of months to get here. But, I understood that part. Then the guys installed the door incorrectly and they had to come back. They wanted to charge me more money. It was kind of a mess actually. The guys that did the work were nice. They were courteous and all that. But, it was frustrating working with the main guy, just the lack of communication and stuff. They showed up early. They could have used their judgement better and communicate. It was just a little tiny outdoor utility room. We bought the door the guy at Home Depot said to buy. The original door closed outward. Whereas, this door closed inward and the closet is about as big as the door. So, we couldn't even open. Even if we wanted to leave it that way, we couldn't even get our stuff out that was stored in there. That's where we expected professionalism from them. The guys had our phone number. We had been texting. It would have been a simple text to say, "This closes in. Do you want it this way?" So we demanded they come back out and take the door down. They helped me go back to Lowe's and get the right door. So they had to come back out to put it in. But the guy thinks that it was our fault they came out another time. It wasn't. It was theirs because they installed it correctly. We depended on their professionalism to say, "This isn't going to work. Do you still want us to do this?""

"Very hard workers, renovated both bathrooms from plumbing to shower doors and trim. It looks great. We have 26year old house and apparently 15 years ago the plumbing was recalled due to failures. Justin Shane changed plumbing in crawlspace to all lines into the house and outside spickets. Found out during this process that our hot water heater was rusting and was replaced. We had bath walls and vanity damaged and had to be returned and replaced. This put us behind and Lowes never offered to deliver any of the products that had to be returned. Justin took items back and got replacements. The return process took over an hour each time due to Lowes unorganized process. There was 5 items damaged when we got back here with them. Justin worked late several nights in order to keep on schedule due to Lowes terrible quality control. All in all, Justin did a great job and we would hire him again."
