"Everything was great from start to finish. From the office staff to installation team. Everything was seamless. They came when they said they would and produced the result I hired them for. First I talked to his secretary (very nice AND helpful .) I asked a bunch of  questions

 , ALL answered. I  asked for a phone call when the plumber was on the way. As this is a home I am an executor for. Not only did I receive a call , but he was there a couple of minutes EARLIER than said. After a short while , the problem was quickly identified ; but being older set of faucets ,he needed to go get the parts. The deal I purchased was for 2 hrs plumbing for $99.Well rush hour is nuts around here , and places like home depot did not have the part. It took a little time to get the part. It took a little longer than the 2 hours of the deal I bought, but not charged any extra. ALSO , I was showed the receipt for the parts , and he added that price with NO mark up. BOTTOM line was I happy...no... was elated AND amazed.   I WILL  be using him / them again on my home
