"Robert gave a thorough roof  inspection, then completed a detailed Bid after hearing our plans for our remodel then outlined our material and other options. After an unusually wet winter, they set us up for our job on the first dry days. They kept us updated  during our weather wait and were there on the dates and times they promised. We had other bids from other large roofing companies in our area, that were all very close in price, but their bids were , very cursory, open ended, vague and wanted to add things that were not really compatible with our roof type. Robert had spent an hour and a half to two hours on the roof, making sure his bid for repairs and replacements was as accurate as possible and he was spot on. The other roofers spent about twenty minutes on the roof and then emailed their bids with no explanation. <br /> Before Robert left he spent about an hour with us explaining the repairs, materials and warranty options and had it all in writing for us at that time. "when i saw the slip connection i questioned the effectiveness of the part because it seemed loose but was assured it would work .i glued the parts as called for but before i could even turn the pressure on found a leak in the adjustable connector.when i went back to the store i examined another connector and it seemed to be a lot tighter i questioned the person at the counter and he said no problem just bring the affected parts back for credit even though they were no longer useable since they had been glued .the new parts worked as promised the refund issued and i am a happy camper thank you hills flat people <br />"
