"repair a leak on the roof"

"Work started on a Saturday with large experienced teardown crew. They completed teardown and started wood replacement where necessary. At end of the day they covered the entire roof with sheeting in case of rain. A small experienced crew returned early on Monday to complete the wood work. When city inspection was done on wood repair, they started the shingle work and finished in a few days. At the end of every day they went on a nail patrol with magnetic tools looking for nails around the perimeter of the house. They did a very professional job with roof, cleanup, etc. I used Hoyt before on another house and will use them again."

"They replaced cracked tiles, and replaced the underlayment on leaking area with good rubberized material. Reset a lot of tiles that just moved from the wind. Sealed around all vent pipes. They done more than I expected."

"I absolutely love my traditional tile roof! It adds such a classic charm to my home, and I feel confident knowing it will last for decades with minimal upkeep. The insulation is fantastic, it keeps my house cooler in the summer and nice and warm in the winter, which has even helped lower my energy bills. The installation team did a wonderful job, and I appreciate the quality craftsmanship.
