"Excellent work! Repaired several issues same day as the quote."

"It was pretty rocky. At first. Several appoints made by Tri-State no one ever showed up.Crew showed up to install the Generator before the site survey and did not have necessary equipment or cooperation of Electric or gas company nor call before you dig had been notified. I called Tri-State to warn them the call before dig had never been preformed. They said they'd take care of it, did not happen until right before installation crew came back the second time. The first time they were here they could not have installed the generator even had they had all the parts because none of the utilities had been marked. Finally after about three months the Generac was installed and working. I had several questions that I could never get answered by calling Tri-State. One of the installation team had to come back a couple of weeks later to replace a damaged part and he answered all my questions. The guys who installed the Generac were great, the problem is your guys operation center and call center as far as I can see do not communicate very well. Anyway the generator has worked fine in several power outages this spring. I am happy right now but I live in dread something goes wrong and I have to call Tri-State for help."

"Great. Worked hard to get everything installed that I needed and repaired other items. Was on time and very courteous. Would have no problem hiring for additional work."

"WB Lightning Rods happened to be in our area 5 years ago when we had a massive lightning strike and damage to our home. They installed the rods within days of the roof repair and were patient with our questions. Fast forward 5 years, after our recent roof replacement, I asked if they could come out and inspect the rods placement. They are extremely busy due to the stormy time of year but were good about contacting me with updates on when theyâ  d be back in the area. They contacted me when they were in a nearby town, set up an appt for a few days later, showed up to the appointment promptly and spent a generous amount of time, materials, and effort making sure the rods were straight and secure again. Very happy with the service, their professionalism, and work. I recommended them to our neighbors and would definitely have them install rods on any future houses."

"They reattached existing lightning rods after new roof was installed. Quick response. Quality work done in a timely manner. I highly recommend RS Lightning Protection for repairs, reinstall or new installation."

"I have used Tom Drexler multiple times. Their plumbers are always competent and the customer service is top notch. My recent project had to be rescheduled twice (due to delays with a contracter) and then the plumbing repair that was needed turned out to be a larger project than originally expected, but it was no problem. Every time I have used Tom Drexler they have completed the job properly the first time. They are competent, easy to work with, and most importantly, they have integrity!"

"He was thorough and detailed. Inspected my whole unit and repaired everytnhing that needed to be. He corrected the mistaked that the other company made. Pleasant to be around. Called one day and he came the next and got it all done. Thanks"
