It took a bit of effort to find the contact info to the contractor who did the job, and two days after I called them Fidel came over and fixed the gate, cheerfully, perfectly, and under a goodwill warranty - 9 years after the fact. How is that for customer care? How the company stands by its services is probably the best measure of its true quality. It is getting rarer by the day to find people who still care.
