"I recently remodeled my house and hired JM Wheeler to install window treatments for my entire house, including: wood shutters, fabric shades, and sliding glass door vertical blinds. The project included wood shutters for custom raked windows in my living room and master bedroom. I found the service responsive and the quality of materials and installation excellent. <br /> I received a response from Michelle within four hours of my initial email query.  Jeff came out a few days later to take measurements and discuss options for the shutters. Michelle came afterword to discuss options for the sliding glass door and linen shades. Both were professional and fun to work with. Everything was done in a timely manner. The only delay was caused by a backlog at the factory working on the custom shutters. The installation was flawless. <br /> It has been a year since the installation and the window coverings have been a pleasure to have and use. Many of my neighbors have mentioned how much they like the look both inside and out. My remodeling contractor, on a visit, also remarked on how well the shutters looked. <br /> I am very happy with the work done by JM Wheeler and they have my wholehearted recommendation. <br />"

"The owner , Daneil,  of Lock Genius was out of town but sent an affiiate ( who didn't work directly with him) over right away to assess our issue with door handle that would not work. The owner, Daniel was the nicest and most hard-working person I have probably ever dealt with for service/maintenance issues with our property or home. His affiliate charged $74 to assess issue and I waited a couple weeks for a call back to hear about what parts had been ordered and for a replacement but when I did not hear back I called Daniel and he went to work on it right away - the part was hard to obtain and he called may people to try to find a part but when he could not he figured out a way to use another part to work instead saving us  quite a bit of $ (replacement of door handle would have been $500-600 but in the end parts and labor by Daniel were only $174 more.) He even took a look at some othr things in our loft unit we were concerned about unrelated to the door/lock.  He was always so eager to help , kind and responsive by phone. I woudl highly recommend Daniel to anyone! <br />"

The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"The new livingroom shutter frame was constructed very badly and I had to make them rebuild and re-install it. The new bedroom closet door was hung very badly and again I had to make them re-install it as well. None of these guys noticed these blaring issues upon installation."

"Alberto did a great job. He assessed the problem with a malfunctioning motor/pump for our whirlpool tub. After some tests, he confirmed that only the switch -- not the expensive motor -- needed to be replaced. Due to the location, it took a bit more time than would normally be expected to remove the old and install the new switch but Alberto certainly knew what he was doing. He also adjusted a bifold door so that it opened properly. We were very happy that Alberto was able to fit us into his busy schedule and with the outcome. He may be a bit more expensive than some handymen, but worth the cost."

"Shelby, the owner, was extremely patient with me as I took my time to make material and design choices. I changed my mind many, many times throughout the completion of the projects and Shelby would immediately have a change order for me which I really appreciated because it clearly spelled out how much the change would cost, how long it would take, and what the changes were. <br /> I have had a fair amount of remodeling done on houses over the years, and Tiger Construction was the best. I have found that there are only a handful of contractors who are true professionals and talented craftsmen. Shelby is truly in a league of his own. Additionally, I was very impressed with the quality of his personnel and subcontractors. <br /> Another thing that I have found when remodeling is that you get what you pay for. If you try to do things cheaply, the results look cheap, particularly to people such as myself who know high quality. As far high end contractors go, I believe that Tiger Construction is very well priced and an excellent value. <br /> If you are looking for a general contractor who you can trust and have a successful working relationship with, I strongly recommend Tiger Construction. <br />"

"I booked an appointment a week or so in advance, for a complete termite inspection of the house. Clark came a little early, which was good since he would be covering a lot of ground. I had the check ready when he arrived. (That gets you a $25 discount.) He started by inspecting windows, both inside and outside the house. He went up in the attic. He put overalls over his good clothes and went under the house as well, into the crawl space (dirt). I was relieved no termites were found. In a few days I received a thorough written report, emailed as a pdf file. It had a nice scale drawing of the layout of the house, and items he noticed that could be cleaned up or fixed (e.g. some excessive moisture in one place, but no leaks. Fungus damage to a post outside the house. Some debris under the house.)."
