"The lady came accompanied by a guy. I said I just requested 2 hours for 1 person. He said I am the driver, she doesn't speak English. She did a good job cleaning and polishing but he didn't leave and did very little. He said for the extra time we get paid 15 dollars an hour. I ended up giving $20 more for the 2 hours he was around. They were curteous. The rest of my windows were not done. I ended up paying 49+20 to clean my bedroom and the bath window. I may have been unrealistic. I never got help in cleaning before, maybe I was expecting too much."
