"Hired Ryn Services to hang a light and a ceiling fan. They dropped a chandelier 20 feet by misjudging the weight of the light. This caused extensive damage to our new hardwood floors. The manager came to our house to review damages and after verifying the extent of the damage was extremely apologetic and offered a full repair or replacement of the new floors. His owner however overruled his promise and advised us that ?accidents happen? and he is not responsible for any damage that his employees cause while on the job. The owner, Reuben, refuses to provide his insurance information. What good is it to hire an insured company if they only tell you they can damage your house and not cover the repairs to fix the damage. I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. Find a company that takes responsibility for the negligence of their under qualified employees. "
