"I work overnight and contacted The Mulch Barn via their website in the middle of the night.  I had used them before and had forgotten how much supply I needed from my prior order and I was requesting the same amount of product.  The owner wrote me an email first thing in the morning and had looked up my previous order and let me know the amount I had ordered before and confirmed my request.  He put in my order immediately so I would be able to get the delivery the day that I needed it.  He asked that I confirm via phone, which I did and the delivery went smoothly and they showed up exactly when they said they would.  I sleep during the day due to working nightshift...I just instructed them where to dump the mulch and they delivered it while I was sleeping. "Our backyard had a lot of limitations and restrictions related to where and how we could locate and design our pool. When Steve and Beechwood proposed their design plan I was a bit skeptical but in seeing the finished product now I am very happy we chose to go with their vision. The placement and layout of the pool and associated landscape has maximized both the aesthetics and space available in our backyard - the visual almost makes our backyard look even bigger than before and the overall feel has been completely transformed for the better. Beechwood's work has been professional, on time, of high quality and communication was great throughout the process. As happy as we have been with Beechwood we were equally as unhappy about the performance and communication of our pool builder. On this front, having Beechwood on our side was a great help. On several occasions they spotted problems/unsatisfactory work from the pool builder that we wouldn't have had the technical background to spot. They did their best to bridge some of the communication gaps that were happening which helped the process move along in a more orderly and timely process. Beechwood even helped fix some of the pool builder errors even though it was not a requirement for them to do so. We are very satisfied with the work of Steve and his team and we plan on using them again. Beechwood might not be the cheapest option out there but you really do get what you pay for and more."
