"I regret choosing Rhodes Roofing. The roof may be fine, but the experience was frustrating and disrespectful from start to finish. Communication was terrible. After signing the contract in December, I didn’t hear from the project manager, Chris Johns, once—not until the roof was finally installed in February. Every time I called the office, they said Chris would call me back. He never did. I should have known from the beginning when Chris made an inappropriate comment, telling me I “can’t use the money for a Disney trip.” That was out of line and condescending. Given how dismissive the whole process was, I can’t help but wonder if I wasn’t taken seriously because I’m a woman or a minority. No one explained what to expect, how the installation would work, or even gave me a heads-up before workers arrived at my house. I had to call multiple times just to figure out the next steps. When the crew finally showed up, I wasn’t even notified. To this day, I’m still finding nails in my yard. If you don’t mind being ignored, talked down to, or left guessing at every step, Rhodes Roofing is the company for you. Otherwise, I’d strongly recommend taking business elsewhere!"

"The job was a bit expensive, but it's not a small house, though a neighbor is getting their house done by someone else for $1000 less. The house and trim look good, until you get really close. House color on trim edges that should be a different color. All over spray wasn't cleaned up well, no masking was done. Lots of paint on the driveway, in the grass and on the upper deck. Areas in the yard where brushes and equipment were cleaned, or where paint was spilled are now dead, I will have to reseed those areas when it gets cooler. For the most part we are satisfied, but attention to detail was lacking."

"All seasons workmanship is horrible. Probably could of hired someone off Craigslist with no experience to do the work and got better results. Tried to get them to do it right, even went to the president of the company but they weren’t having it. Guess the customer isn’t right even if the contract says they’re right. No integrity, no morals, all around con men! From the worker to the head of the company."
