"Contractor was supposed to show between 9-11am but came after 11 (they called about 10-15 minutes before 11 to say they were running behind). They told my daughter a couple of hours later that they wouldn’t be able to install the door because it was an inch or two higher than my old door. That it would still work just an aesthetic issue so I told them to go ahead. They were supposed to send me a picture when complete but it was my daughter who FaceTime me and it was after four then. When I got home from work (around 6pm) I was about to take a shower but noticed the door didn’t stay shut and the gap between bottom of shower door and shower floor. I turned on the shower and water came out of the gap. I texted the company to explain the situation and got a reply a couple of days later that more of an adjustment needed to be made. They were to return on Monday the week of New Year and I took time off again. They were to be there at 9 am and I received a text at nine stating that they a flat, were on the interstate and trying to get it fixed; I was told I’d be updated when the tire was repaired. Later in the evening I still had not been contacted. Mr. Lupo also said that he would be bringing the warranty out on this day for me to sign it. There was to be a four year warranty"

My husband found Legacy Outdoor Living on Angi's List. Immediately we got a call back and met Austyn with a quote for a 350 foot cap & rail privacy fence. We waited about 3 months from the initial quote to the day of installing the fence. Until that time we had prepared by cutting trees down, stump grinding, and surveying the land. Now, it is January and the weather has been so unpredictable. That did not stop Austyn from coming to work in frigid temperatures with 6 inches of snow and ice. We made sure he had plenty of hot coffee and a little fire nearby to keep him warm. We are so happy with his work and can easily say we have the best looking fence in the entire neighborhood!"

ONCE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTIES EXPIRE, ATLANTIC SHIFTS RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL PROBLEMS ONTO CONSUMER AND ATLANTIC STOPS RESPONDING WHEN CONTACTED REGARDING ANYTHING BUT OPENING AND CLOSING POOL. LAST TIME THEY CLOSED OUR POOL, THEY LEFT OUR PUMP RUNNING WITH NO WATER FLOWIN THROUGH IT. HAD PROBLEMS WITH POOL FROM DAY ONE... DISCOVERED ATLANTIC INSTALLED OUR POOL FILTER SYSTEM BACKWARDS. IN SPITE OF NUMEROUS SERVICE CALLS, THIS ERROR WAS NEVER DIAGNOSED BY ATLANTIC. ONCE NOTIFIED OF THE ERROR, ATLANTIC TOOK 2 WEEKS TO PLUMB OUR FILTER SYSTEM PROPERLY AND REFUSED TO TAKE CARE OF THE DAMAGE THEIR MISTAKE CAUSED TO ALL OF OUR POOL EQUIPMENT, BECAUSE DIRTY WATER FLOWED THROUGH EQUIPMENT SINCE POOL WAS INSTALLED IN NOVEMBER OF 2016. THE DAMAGE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: 1. UV LIGHT KIT BROKE, AFTER 3RD TIME, ATLANTIC SAID THEY DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ELSE TO DO TO KEEP IT WORKING AND RECOMMENDED WE TAKE IT OUT. 2. POOL FILTERS THAT SHOULD LAST 3-5 YEARS, HAVE TO BE REPLACED EVERY YEAR. 3. POOL HEATER HAS BROKEN 3 TIMES DUE TO ATLANTIC FAILING TO FOLLOW MANUFACTURERS INSTRUCTIONS TO INSTALL A BACKFLOW PREVENTER, RESULTING IN BACKFLOW OF CHLORINATED WATER INTO HEATER THAT CORRODED HEAT EXCHANGER, CAUSING WATER TO LEAK INTO HEATER, RUSTING FIRE BOX AND HEATER BEYOND REPAIR WHILE ALSO LEACHING LARGE AMOUNTS OF COPPER INTO OUR POOL WATER. SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH A COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, AND HONORS THEIR WORKMANSIP."
