"I had to call the company to come back and clean beside a chair.  They did come back and clean the spot.  My primary concern is the spots that looked like they were cleaned then reappeared a week later.  Curiously my wife was able to clean one of these spots (where cats regurgitate) with an ordinary animal spot cleaner.  I don't know if my expectations were too high or or the performance was just poor.
