"Though the gutters were cleaned in December after the leaves had fallen, this spring of 2024 the gutters were over flowing!! I texted David regarding this issue he said they check the downspouts using a leaf blower. This spring I noticed no apparent debris from the downspouts being blown out. David said that my house is surrounded by trees and the downspouts are probably blocked again. This is 4 months later!! What would be blocking the gutters from draining. He said he'd come out but would have to charge me again, again for a service I paid for that wasn't completed properly in December. Would not recommend or use again."

"The job went very well. I let Mark know that I didn't want to deal with this issue again. I asked that he inspect every piece of the roof and replace what needed replacing. Mark kept me informed every step of the process. He and his team worked around the January Michigan weather and the job turned out fantastic. He also provides a great warranty. I would recommend Mark to anyone needing roofing done right the first time at a very reasonable price."
