"Working with All Out Chimney has been an amazing experience for me - I will be a lifelong customer! My initial reach out to them was to find a second opinion about some work that needed to be done. I had been told by the guy from Owens Chimney Systems when he came to do a routine chimney sweep that my chimney was dangerous, unusable and estimated that I needed $15,000 of work to make it safe. OMG! I freaked out! I love building fires, but I do not have that kind of money. When I reached out to All Out Chimney for a second opinion, I learned SO MUCH from the very knowledgeable Jamie in her email that described the process of cleaning out the creosote buildup, assuring me that there would be no way to know if I needed further work until that part was completed. Even if I needed the work the other company suggested, their estimate came in lower by thousands of dollars. As it turns out, Jarrell (awesome!) came to do a new inspection, did the initial creosote cleanout and some repairs to the top of my chimney and back wall of my fireplace and then concluded that I had a safe chimney and did not, in fact, need any of the more pricey options - settling it all out for less than $4,500. for the knowledge and expertise (and NOT using scare tactics!!), I will be a lifelong customer of All Out Chimney Sweep and I recommend that you try them out and see for yourself. "He came early so I asked if we could finish lunch first before he came We had a lot of lint in the dryer vent especially in the outside which goes into a window well and has a fixed cover so we cannot clean it ourselves. He cleaned up pretty well but left lint on the window just above the vent. It seemed expensive but I did not price other services. He did have equipment that handled our situation very well."

"I had a section of gutter that had come unattached from the facia board at one end due to the wood rotting. Also the down spout had been crushed in. I also needed all gutters cleaned out on a two story house. Scott came out to give me a estimate and also talked to me about gutter guards. In the end I had the gutters cleaned, the facia board replaced along with new gutter and downspout. I also had gutter guard installed. I could not be happier with the work that was done and in fact, that evening we had a heavy rain storm which proved that everything was done correctly. I would HIGHLY recommend Jon's Seamless Gutters. The price was very reasonable and the workmanship excellent."
