"Professional and courteous office and on site staff (Operator). The Operator explained in detail the work to be performed and answered all questions without hesitation. The company provides equipment that prevents damage to lawn/property, and the costs were reasonable. My only recommendation would be for the office staff to mention the charge to dig up the septic cover up front. The Operator was thorough and mentioned the charge before starting the work. I definitely would not hesitate to use Avalanche Septic Services again for any of the services they provide."

I honestly thought it was a long shot, but he and his team made it happen—they had everything finished by Friday. They graded the entire area around my pool, delivered the rock the very next day, spread it evenly, and left everything looking beautiful.
