He worked with my tight schedule (trying to get house on the market quickly), helped me problem solve some related carpentry issues that were outside the scope of painting, and has a highly professional crew who were either early or on time everyday. The project was the exterior of a Capitol Hill townhouse. The team took great care to make sure neighboring properties were protected. The neighbors noticed and appreciated C&V’s attention. "In the past, we’ve typically hired general contractors based on solicitations at our home. This has unfortunately resulted in more than a few misses. But we went through Angi this time and the pro we chose, Omar’s General Contracting, was definitely a hit. Omar was professional and communicative. His crew was great. On time, very tidy, reasonably priced, flexible, and a perfect finished product. We hired them on Sunday and they started on Monday. In two days, Omar and his crew were able to basically rebuild our entire eat-in kitchen ceiling following a large plumbing project. I honestly think it looks better now than it did before the work. The communication was timely and easy. You all made making payments simple. The quality of the materials and workmanship were beyond expected. The only delay was due to me not reading an email so I apologize for that. Selvin and his crew were so nice and professional. There were no delays. Even the clean up was done within 24 hrs of the completion. Our deck is now beautiful but more importantly, safe to use. Oh, and the stair lights are amazing!! Thank you all for a great experience."
