Anne in the office is very friendly and has great customer service that goes above and beyond. She was very helpful answering all my questions. Mark is very knowledgeable, professional, and he gave me a lot of creative ideas on how to do my driveway and service walk. He really cares about each customer that he has. Mark and his crew are hardworking, polite, and were always on time. After my driveway was done they cleaned up everything and they even put back the items they had to move to do the driveway (landscaping, etc.) That was a very nice touch, I was so appreciative that they did that. The concrete driveway and service walk were beautifully done. Mark and his crew make artwork out of their concrete jobs. If you need concrete work done, give them a call they will appreciate your business as much as you will appreciate their final product. DAM Concrete is a new company, built off of 10+ years in the trade. I started with my families company in Toledo, OH and then I joined Local 886 as an apprentice and in 4 years I became a Foreman. I decided to move down the Columbus 3 years ago working as a supervisor for a company. I've been on all sorts of projects from residential driveways and stamped patios, to commercial warehouses and apartment building to just name a few. "Chris always returned the calls in timely manner. Concrete projects usually need waiting based on company's book-of-work and weather. Therefore, Chris proactively called me every two weeks to update me the latest, after he told me in Mar that my project probably be on in May. The price is very reasonable. Plus, I like the way of pricing - the qoute is lump-sum and no additional charge for 'trivials' during the project. When the project began, we found the steps of side door need to be removed and re-made. Chris did not charge me additionally for the new steps."

"It went smoothly exactly as Paul described the job. His crew installed a sump pump and ensured in drained to the curb. The crew replaced the drain run to the curb and dug around the existing bushes. The crew also connected the the roof downspout to the run to the curb.The crew installed a perforated pipe in a trench which created a floating basement floor on 3 sides of the basement. (the 4th wall was not necessary since was an interior wall.) They concreted over the pipe with a gap to the wall. they repaired and painted the basement walls."

Nolan Beery came down to Indianapolis to see the piers first hand - and covered them with their lifetime warranty. I was not the original owner that added the piers... they found the receipt that they did do the work many years ago for a previous owner of my home. "Utmost did a great job in getting my house back into shape! My home is ~27 years old and was at the point in time when repairs were needed. Chimney was failing (spalling of bricks, failing chimney shoulders and mortar), Cedar siding rot, and a couple of deck boards needing replaced. When looking for a company to complete my repairs, I always base my choice on a combination of price, quality and customer service. "Due to inclement weather, the project was delayed a week while waiting for the ground to dry enough so he to use his Bobcat to bring the concrete into my backyard. However, the weather did not cooperate, so the following week Mr. Haning decided to wheelbarrow the concrete instead of postponing the project any longer.  He was punctual and professional and did a magnificent job. <br />"
