"Beautifully. Crew arrived on time, worked steadily and did an excellent job. They also did a number of extras--they cleaned the mailbox, front porch, and cleaned mold off the garage doors. I couldn't be more pleased. I'd be happy to recommend this company to anyone. They are friendly, professional, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with."

"These guys were very reasonably priced, on time, and had great communication unlike many of the other Roofing companies around town. They cleaned up extremely well after they fixed our roof, even clearing off our front porch. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs roof repairs or wants to extend the life of their existing roof with the Roof Maxx compound. Our roof looks wonderful after today. :) Thank you very much!"

"Jason gave us the best roof quote. He did not try to up sell us into things we did not want. His crew was polite and always asked our permission before parking equipment or storing things at the house during the duration of the job. Our neighbor liked Jason’s work and commissioned him to put a roof on his house the next week."

"Lewis was very friendly and professional. Great communication! He got the 3 rooms painted quickly and they look great. One of the rooms had a spot that dripped and he came back and fixed it the next business day. He cleaned up his mess so well you wouldn't even know he had been here. Highly recommend!"

"The entire experience of getting a quote; To the completion of the work, both indoor & out was quick and easy. I'm fixing up my home which I initially called for pressure washing and it turned out amazing! My house is Clean and bright, the spots on my sidewalk & driveway are gone! It made me inquire about what other services were offered. I added on another service, which was painting my living room and the gentleman gave me a great rate for both compared to what I was quoted with a few others. He was professional, prompt, and prepared.Already referred my neighbors, thanks again! ? -Sarah"

"I hired J and A Construction after Blake convinced me he could do the job professionally. He was able to give me a material list and bidding price that was $2000 less than I expected it would cost me. I was amazed at how much difference everyday made. My patio is enclosed now with a gorgeous flake and epoxy floor. J and A Handymen also made a beautiful custom door. My screened in patio also needed ceiling fans and clean white metal roof. I was amazed by the quality of their craftsmanship because they built it so quick. I believe these guys love their job. Well now I'm just having a drink on my patio now and recommend them to anyone who has read this. I sent them to ma and pa's home, they hired J and A Handymen to make a storage shed and some privacy fence around the back yard. I know my parents are getting whatever they need done right"

"Hurricane blew my roof and decking rails away. Trying to get estimates from local roofers was impossible. Contacted Maintanace 360 came right away. Not only that, the price was right. Thanks Paul for your hard work"
