"We didn t have any problems with them. They just came out and got the job done without any hassles. The unit is running well. They cleaned up well when they were finished and hauled away the old unit for us. They were very professional and didn t fool around or waste any time."

"I'll be perfectly honest that this was not the best experience I've had but I'm giving them a B because of the owner's willingness to make things right. I was scheduled to have my vent cleaned but the tech did not show up. I had to call 3 times to have someone finally tell me he had been double booked and they couldn't come out until the following afternoon. This did not work for my schedule. They then promised the tech would do everything possible to come out that evening but he never communicated with me. as it turns out they changed scheduling programs and we're having serious issues and miscommunications. As frustrated as I was, I understand stuff like this happens. The owner himself came over the next day at a time that worked for me (after business hours) and stayed until the job was complete. I really appreciate him going out of his way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. As horrible as the scheduling fiasco was, I would use them again based on the quality of the work and professionalism. Just stay on top of communication with them."

"He did a great job and beat the price of other estimates.  I would highly recommend his company to anyone needing Heat and A/C work.  THey were polite, professional, timely and cleaned up everything afterthe install was completed.  He showed up when he said he would and completed the job ahead of schedule.  I couldn't ask for a better experience."

"The work was completed professionally and quickly, especially during a week when many employees may have been on vacation between Christmas and New Year's weekends. Two crews were assigned to the job in order to get our daughter's heat back on before a severe cold snap that could have frozen pipes in an unheated house. The men worked fast and smart, solving some unexpected problems on the fly, took care to protect the walls and furniture, kept us updated on what they were doing, and cleaned up well each day before leaving. "The overall experience went very well in the sense that the staff (2 + a supv) seemed very competent in the execution and explanation of every step of the process. The job took 2 full days (which was much more than I had anticipated), but I guess that is to be expected for the work beyond just sealing the ducts. The overall improvement for heating and cooling capacity for the duct sealing is 40% based upon the measured leakage reduction and the original register flow.This should help to extend the life of the heating/ac units as they now have to work less in order to maintain consistent temperatures -- time will tell. The staff was very nice to work with."
