She uses a home shampooer not a professional piece of equipment and demands cash and only does partial cleaning like on steps more carpet dry than wet. asked to leave because this was not professional cleaning and she called the police. She asked more than once, 3 times for cash! I had to tell her the same things over and over. No one can tell me that using a HOME carpet cleaner is what a pro would use. If I wanted this kind of cleaning I would have done it myself, but I would not have gotten a thorough cleaning. Margueritte did exactly this a bad cleaning job, real bad. I hired a REAL professional A.J's carpet cleaning and they did a fantastic job with a professional machine! They were very professional, personable and accepted many forms of payment not just CASH! This person was not qualified as a pro and I can not hire through Angi again knowing they only do a background check and this proves nothing for their abilities and skill in doing the job you ask them to perform. She tried to deny working ?? for me, but she called the cops, couldn't deny that!"
