That was nice and if you understand it I guess it is important. However, I can explain the difference between sum of the years digits depreciation and straight line depreciation but only accountants would care. So I asked the price and when. He said right now and I paid him a bit more. I was expecting twice what he quoted so I paid a fair price. Then I left, when I got back it was done and the siding was clean and looks good. I paid less than I expected, it is/was a good job, so I am a very satisfied customer. THX"

LCS gave me a bid that was a bit more expensive than some of the others I received, but I chose to go with them because of the care with which their estimator examined my house and bid the job. One of the other companies I called didn't even come to the house to look at things - just gave me a guess over the phone. Tyler (the LCS estimator) came and looked at everything, explaining in advance the peculiarities of what would be involved - and the process that LCS uses. My service technician was Kent, and he was magnificent! He was careful in my home, and careful with me. He explained each aspect thoroughly and showed me what he was doing with each step. He discovered a few unexpected things (a loose duct in the basement, and some other minor issues) and fixed everything up without additional charges. He took care of floor vents that hadn't been cleaned well in probably 50 years and made them spic and span. I was absolutely pleased with the service I received from LCS - from start to finish! "Travis and JT were on time and came in and went right to work. I was here in the house while they did their work. They were quiet, respectful and even made friends with our (rescue)dog, who doesn't make friends easily. While they were here I asked them to also clean out the drier vent - which they were happy to do. Everything was cleaned up afterward and they were done in the expected time. Things were so much cleaner - that I thought the AC was accidently switched to the high setting. But no, it was just working better and easier.
