"My move entailed going from a large space to a much smaller one, and in my heart of hearts, I know that if it weren't for the four gentlemen who were on my crew that day, that my experience would have been much different and not as successful. Greg and the guys showed up ready to work, and the first thing he did was tell me that I am in good hands and that they will take care of me. They were swift yet careful with my belongings and even helped pack some areas and items that I didn't get to. They were incredibly strong and handled large pieces easily and gently. When the truck was loaded, I forced them to eat something - they would have kept going! :) A short trip to the new place didn't allow for much rest, and the move was a little longer and more complex than we expected. That was no problem for them at all; the crew stayed professional and upbeat, unloading carefully and checking where I wanted everything to go. "We contracted for a three man team. Men were exactly on time, called ahead to let us know they were ten minutes away, arrived with all their dollies, mats, boxes at the door ready to work. They couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. At the new location (not an elevator building), there were some barriers that made it impossible to move dollies, so the men (Nick, Alex 1 and Alex 2) moved each box individually down the steps without a word of complaint. They assured us that it was fine. The entire move went easily (for us), swiftly, and amazingly pleasantly. The cost was exactly as specified, and payment was not required until the move was complete and, as the owner had assured, we were completely satisfied.
