"This wall-to-wall carpet is in a two bedroom two bath condo owned by an elderly couple who had a dog and were unable to keep up with the cleaning as needed. He answered my request for a quote promptly and was able to do my service the same day. I have never hired a carpet cleaner before, and was not sure to what degree the carpet would need to be cleaned. It was very dirty and the job required a lot more work than we thought it would. He came in, pretreated the carpet, and cleaned it. I was amazed at the transformation. He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. He worked out of a minivan with what was one grade better than a rental machine, and half-a@@ed the job. Smith Bros came in and did a far superior job. They came before we moved in, so about a week after the other joker. Carpets that the rental agent said were “as is” due to stains, were cleaned to as near new as possible. It was my own dime, and it cost a lot of them. For 3 beds, big hallway, stairs, a small living room, and a 25x25 bonus room it was $500. A bit steep, but did twice as good as the other clown. And with 2 visiting grandkids on the floor, worth it."

They are pleasant and very good at their work. I love the house being so clean and smelling so good when they have finished. They placed the rugs and pads exactly where I asked and ensured that they were aligned appropriately in the room.  <br /> They have behaved professionally in all of my interactions, whether on the phone or in person.
