But, he underestimated wood needed for replacement of deck boards and he didn’t bid the cleanup/disposal of removed wood so the quote was short by $300. I would recommend Leo just be sure the quote includes everything you want done."

I felt like I was listened to first and then they asked some quality questions of what I wanted. They fit me into the schedule immediately and set an appointment time. They arrived actually 5 minutes early with smiles on their faces. They did a walk through of the project and then only took about 5 minutes to set up the tools for the job. They cleaned up as they went along. They did more than what was expected for the job. The 2 heavy solid core interior doors were installed perfectly and in an extremely timely fashion. In the future I plan on hiring them to do work on my house as I get ready to sell. "I initially hired Air Plus to do maintenance on our fireplace insert. We had just acquired a home and wanted to make sure everything was in good working order. We were moving into a new neighborhood so we did not know anyone. Saw reviews about Milo and went with him/Air Plus. He arrived on time and was a decent conversationalist and quite knowledgeable about fireplaces. Unit looked like new and ran very well once he was finished. He showed us a few pointers on how to run it and maintain it. I asked if he had time to check out our furnace which also needed maintenance and he had the time so he added that to his work. So he completed both jobs in one visit which was good for us with our work schedules being so unpredictable. Bottom line: he did a great job, everything runs great, he was efficient and we are happy customers."
