A couple of days later, he and his worker came out and finished the job in one day. He cut out and removed part of a concrete wall that was falling because of tree roots. He replaced it with a great looking fence. The area was cleaned up, and everything is in great order."

 We didn't satisfy his initial service (which I believe was just an accident nothing to do with their quality of service), and contact them again and receive immediate positive response to come back to do the service again.  FIVE STAR service !!! Highly recommended. "I bought the Big Deal which was just for a single top coat to reseal the deck surface.  However, my deck was in a little bit worse shape than the deal allowed.  However, Ryan was awesome and added in sanding and then did the reseal for no additional charge.  The surface is not perfect but that is due to the rough pre-condition it was in and not his fault.  Shortly after the reseal the deck drains started leaking in to the garage below.  Ryan and crew came out again to fix the drain at no additional cost.  Again, this was not in the deal I bought but they provide such great customer service.  I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors!

"This is our 4th job with BG Construction. BG's owner, Joseph Giram, is hands on. He designed our new bathroom with great patience, meeting all our needs. While he has a full crew of professionals, he has supervised this job, as all our jobs, himself. On this remodel, which was very complex and involved moving a wall to enlarge the bathroom, and creating a "wet room", Joseph was on site every day. The crews--demo, framing, plumbing, electrical, cabnets, tile, and finishing, were uniformly professional and excellent. He's always available either when I call, or very soon after if I leave a voicemail. We had a number of changes we wanted on the way, and Joseph always accommodated us. Because of the changes, it took a bit longer to finish than we planned for--three weeks and three days instead of three weeks--but we've worked with other contractors that took weeks or months longer than estimated--not Joseph. BG Construction isn't cheap, but neither is it exhorbitant, particularly for what you get: full service, reliable, professional, quality work. We've always been thrilled with our beautiful new rooms, as we are with this new bathroom. You can't go wrong with this company."

"Everything was perfect with them. We love working with Randy. He was just amazing. He was great to deal with. He really cares about his clients. I think he's very professional. He takes the time to talk to you. He cares to hear what the client wants. He will be honest with you about what works and what doesn't work. He just doesn't try to just give you concrete, he'll do everything the right way so that in the future, rain or any kind of water that's on your concrete will flow the right way. He takes the time to draw out the plans. He just really cares about the work that he's doing and it shows. My brother-in-law did concrete work too with somebody else and his concrete is already cracking and that's only in two months. Our concrete looks beautiful. I'm very happy with it. I think for what he did for someone I remember we were very happy with it otherwise we wouldn't have gone to him. We'll absolutely use him again."
