He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "I hired ReVamp for two different jobs. The first one was to remove my solar panels and re-roof my roof due to leaks from a faulty installation by a now bankrupt company. "They guys that came out worked very clean and with very little noise....when they were finished installing they painted the piping along the roof as well as along the house the same colors, matched perfectly. then the electrician came out after the inspector gave his  approval, finished the clean up and completed the panel install, same thing,  he repaired and replaced any damaged stucco the same color as the house, perfectly....they all worked clean and were very professional very happy with the worked performed.

"Austin Van Sant knows his business. We had him take our solar panels off our roof as we had to have our roof repaired. Once that job was completed, Austin reinstalled our solar panels using a better footing installation that attaches to the rafters, thereby not having to cut any tiles (as the previous company Horizen Solar did, which caused roof leaks). He also applied a bird mesh to the bottom of the solar panels to prohibit birds from making nests. He is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and conscientious. I highly recommend Austin Van Sant and his partner Louie. They work fast, are light footed, and are very congenial. We are very pleased with their performance."

Not only was the installation and installers top notch but the follow up from Cole was unexpected and greatly appreciated. We do not live in Havasu full time but after a power outage in the area, our internet did not come back on line. Cole called us immediately, because he monitors the systems they install, and informed us about the outage. The modem needed to be unplugged & rebooted and we live in California. One of his techs went to the house and rebooted the system. Above & beyond! "The overall experience was good. Even though our roof is quirky and we have parts that are shaded, they were able to angle panels in different areas to get the maximum sun exposure. There was one glitch...the system wasn't working when we first turned it on upon approval from the electric company but once I contacted them they were quick to come out. The problem was a switch that hadn't pushed on properly and was an easy fix. We felt like they worked very hard to get the system in for us quickly and were polite and professional throughout the experience."

"The service worked out okay. One of the screens is already broken again. I kept being up sold, they kept saying they will provide me 5 screens or we should have this done, which was more of a c'mon for me to get more things. I just had screens needed to be repaired and not anything more. They showed up on time, and they did every thing on time, but when you come in, and do a bait and switch, that is not professionalism for me. Professionalism is when you come and do what you have been paid for."
