"My experience with Westshore Roofing was very positive. Our estimator, Steve, was pleasant, informative, and helpful. He stayed in touch with us throughout the project to keep us updated on next steps. The crews were polite and arrived on time. Work was finished relatively quickly - we did have a few delays due to a minor misunderstanding. However, Paul, the owner, did a great job keeping us updated on the delay and communicating next steps. Our needs and concerns were heard, taken seriously, and responded to quickly. Ultimately, although the job took a little longer than expected, I am very pleased with the work done by Westshore and their dedication to communication and customer satisfaction."

"Although the roof appeared to be in good condition, I decided to have it replaced as it was over 30 years old. In late September of 2018, I met with Shadowfax roofing estimator John. John was very knowledgeable and understood the issues with the high pitch of the roof. He provided two quotes. The first quote was for the basic Owens Corning Tru Definition shingles ($9,980) and the second was for Duration Premium shingles ($10,580). I opted for the higher quality shingles. Since the gutters were going to be replaced, I requested the wood that extended beyond the roofline be cut in order for the gutters to extend to the end. John explained it would not be a problem, however, any dry rot would need to be removed and replaced with new wood. Additionally, I had requested a vent be added for the bathroom as it was venting into attic instead of through the roof. John also indicated everything could be completed in about 3-4 days. However, it would be about three months before the job wold get done. Since there was no hurry, I agreed. In early November, I received a call from their scheduler, Pam stating the job would start on November 13th. I explained I would be leaving town on November 16th. She stated the job would be pretty much finished by then. Unfortunately, there were some delays. On the first day, the workers did not show up until late in the afternoon to remove the roof. On the second day, work stopped to due to the dry rot issue. Although, I had explained to the foreman on the first day of what I had wanted done specifically, replace any rot and cut all the overhangs, work stopped until I gave the okay to do the repairs. Fortunately, the dry rot was minimal, however, it caused a delay as there was only one person doing the job and he had left for the day. The foreman explained the previous job had some issues, which required their attention. On Friday, the crew for the gutters arrived early in the morning, however, they couldn't do the gutters as the overhangs still needed to be cut. So, crew returned later in the afternoon. Since I was unable to be present when the job was completed, my family supervised. I was informed the work was not completed until Sunday. When I returned home, I noticed the vent I had requested be added was not done. I contacted Pam and she stated it would get done. A few days later it rained. I have had no problems with the roof. Although there was a lack of communication in the beginning and delays, the job was done well. I would hire them again. However, I have learned my lesson that roof replacements should be done in spring or summer."

"Because of the rains they needed to come up several times to lay materials to protect the roof. They were always timely and courteous during this process and when they put the new roof on. They did a beautiful job with the new roof, were in and out in a short time, and left the property very clean. In short, they were a wonderful Co. to do business with and the new roof is beautiful. I would recommend them unconditionally in the future."

"Alex and his crew did a fantastic job. We got a quote with a detailed breakdown of the costs after Alex came by for a thorough inspection. He was very straightforward with no sales pressure. Alex also provided with a list of properties that had the roof work done by cosmos roofing for reference. Because I was out of town for a while, Alex was very accommodating and we were able to change the date to fit my schedule. During the roofing process, the crew was quick and professional. They also made an extra effort not to disturb us in the house. Alex's dad, who's also the owner of cosmos dropped by every day to make sure things are on track and to answer any questions we had. The whole time we felt at ease with what's being done to the house. After the roof is done, the crew cleaned up everything and removed all debris around the house. Alex informed us about the date the inspector is going to be over and what documents we need to get ready for it. On the day of the inspection, Alex personally came by in the morning and made sure we had everything correct. Overall, Alex and Cosmos crew did a phenomenal job. We couldn't be happier with how smooth the whole process went. And couldn't stop looking at our new roof with joy every time we come back home."

"Everybody was so helpful from the office staff to the evaluator who had the utmost patience and experience. He explained everything thoroughly and helped me make the best decision for my house and budget. The job involved new 30 yr shingles and conversion of an old tar and gravel portion of the roof as well as several new skylights & new gutters + replacement of several rotten roof areas. The roofing crew and supervisor were great and job finished on schedule. They were careful w/ plants & scrubs and cleanup was excellent. Not a single problem. As a side note I had a problem w/ racoon's or possums in my attic area. I had no idea who to call so I called Scudders and they came immediately and assessed the situation and started working on it. It really wasn't a roofing issue but they repaired the side of my house and didn't charge me anything!! Who does that these days?"

"Robert from V&G Builders is very professional and his workmanship is excellent. What set him apart early on in the project that I did with him was that he is a man of his word. He shows up on time and works hard to get the job done based on the schedule he promised upfront. As a homeowner, I have dealt with many different contractors and believe me when I tell you I have heard every excuse about why a job will not be finished on time or why it will go over budget. But working with Robert was a breeze because he takes pride in what he does and the quality of work he delivers. He takes the time to explain the project to you and his billing and invoicing is also very professional and detailed. You will not have any surprises with Robert once he signs up to do the job and I am confident you will not be disappointed in the quality of his work. For this reason I recommend him wholeheartedly."

"Ben's Roofing handled our industrial roofing job like true professionals. They completed the job ahead of schedule, they found ways to work with the tenant in the building, and their communication throughout the whole process was outstanding. We appreciated Gustavo's detailed proposal when we were first seeking bids for this job, and this was a big part of why we selected his company. Now that the project is complete, we feel we absolutely made the right choice choosing Ben's Roofing for our project."

"They did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Roof looks good and the clean up was also good. The people working on the project were professional. The only thing was communication. Needed a little more conversation over the phone to confirm arrival on first full work day. The sales rep showed up to lay down a plastic cover over a suspected leak and it held up during some very blustery rain. Over all excellent work but expensive."
