"The job included prepping and painting my 1400 sq ft home and picket fence. It also included demo-ing the old window boxes that were structurally built into the walls, and custom-building new ones. In addition, a garden shed that had been built onto the back of my home was also demolished. Ivan was great to work with - very collaborative and responsive and has a good eye for esthetics. The work was exceptionally high quality. The team shows up early and works hard. It was also super-convenient that Ivan is licensed in carpentry as I didn't have to deal with custom window-boxes as a separate project. Last note is that as a single woman, it is important to me to feel comfortable with the people around my home. Ivan's team, including his wife who is often onsite, are so friendly and always respectful. They will be my go-to for all future projects."

"Scott painted all the interior walls in our new house, he patched and painted the garage and made it so much nicer, he painted our kitchen cabinets, which turned out beautiful and saved us so much money compared to refacing, and he also painted a tricky accent wall covered with reclaimed wood after patching it, and that changed from a weird problem to an elegant feature of the house. All these projects were expertly done on time while I was away, and his estimates for each were accurate and lower than those of his competitors. "Fernando was so polite and professional when he came to first look at the house. The job was exterior painting, so we walked around the house and chatted while he took notes on the condition. Later that day he emailed the quote - no pressure at all. The other companies that came tried to get me to commit and give them a downpayment on the spot, even though I had told them ahead of time that I would have to review them all first. The main workers were Nacho and Gabriel, and there were a couple more on some days. Nacho was the main one I worked with, and he was very polite and friendly just like Fernando. They did a ton of prep work, including re-caulking, fixing bad wood, sealing minor cracks in the stucco, etc. They painted the entire exterior including our front door and two side doors, and everything was excellent. Our next-door and across-the-street neighbors watched the work and both asked Fernando to give them quotes! I was very pleased and satisfied."
