"We do not need any longer tube due to vaulted ceiling, but the estimates come out to be very high. They even charge an extra labor for vaulted ceiling. But others not. If we install more than 2 dome type skylight, it is not worthy. Another consideration was that skylight looks much cleaner, flatter than domes from the street. Before making up our mind, we saw one house near by that has 4 tubes visible from the street. They look ugly. At the end, we decided to install one good quality skylight (15"x45") instead of 4 tubes. It gives enough brightness that we originally expected. We are all happy family now. <br /> <br />"
