I called them the morning after losing power in a snowstorm to see if they could install a 30AMP/240VAC inlet plug on my house to run the generator through. Not only did they take the job, but Cynthia spent the next day trying to help me find the very hard to find parts I needed during the storm. She really went above and beyond for a customer she has never met and has never worked with before. "Lo-Ann called me as soon as my request went through on Home Advisor. We had some knob and tube wiring on the second floor and attic. Wayne, one of the electricians, came out to map the home out. This was a $325 service that was credited back to your account if you use them to make repairs. I highly recommend the service. Wayne mapped out every outlet and switch in the house. He then knew how every circuit was wired and how to fix them once the knob and tube was removed. The mapping took about 3 hours one morning and the knob and tube remediation took about 6 hours. We feel a lot safer now that this job is complete. Lo-Ann is great and she was in contact with me frequently via text and e-mail. There price for the job, I felt, was very reasonable. We would definitely use them again."
