Our job involved several independent aspects: chimney inspections, removing and bricking in of a window, sealing, rowlock and wall tuck-pointing, then, new construction with recycled bricks that needed to be matched to existing brickwork. There were multiple visits over a period of time, but continuity was assured through Ekraam, who continued as the lead on all the work done for our job. Another A+.
