"Stuart Riensche and his crew did an excellent job and were a pleasure to work with. I would highly, highly recommend this company to anyone. He runs a tight ship. We were soo impressed with the quality of work! Great attention to detail. Such a beautiful job and done on time, on budget without any negative suprises. Can't say enough good things about these guys. And their pricing was very competitive. Stuart got back to us quickly and once we accepted the bid, he scheduled us. The project start date was a couple of months out, and they started right on schedule. Our home hadn't been painted in 15 years ago and was starting to look like it needed to be done again. My husband had used a sprayer and only put on a single coat at the time. When they pressure washed our house, quite a bit of loose paint came off, down to the bare wood. That meant that the primer paint layer that was needed was more extensive than they had planned. They did a great job making sure the bare wood was all primed, and then painted 2 coats of top quality paint. All the lines are crisp and so professional. We realized after they started that we also wanted to have the deck painted, and they were able to do that too, at a very good price. Stuart and his team met and greatly exceeded our expectations! Really great company."

"We just had the whole exterior of our house painted by Unlimited Painting Solutions and are so happy with the results! Gus and his crew were really great to work with. Our house had a lot of prep work that it needed in terms of scraping, priming, pressure washing, etc. They did an extremely thorough job at this and even used a special cleaner to make sure all the algae growth on our siding was completely gone. We have a fair number of trees and plants around our house and they were very careful at working around them. I was amazed at how clean they left the property too! They were so detailed and careful in masking things off and going back and touching any little things up. They put two coats on everything and the trim lines were all so crisp and perfect. There was also absolutely not one paint drip or spec of overspray on anything! All this, and they were done in just a matter of days. (I guess that's why they're the pros!) We felt that their pricing was extremely fair. You may get a bid that's a few hundred dollars cheaper from a big commercial painting outfit, and the bids may look similar on paper, but I think you will be very hard pressed to find a crew that takes as much pride in the quality of their work as Gus and his team do. It just makes sense to hire the very best when you are making an important investment in your home that will last for the next 8-15 years or more. We would highly, highly recommend Gus and his awesome crew at Unlimited Painting Solutions to anyone wanting to invest in a quality paint job for their home or business!!"

"These guys are great! I have a few cabinet doors that needed to be painted to finish up a kitchen cabinet refacing project we started before we moved into our condo. We reached out to multiple people to get a quote for painting just a few cabinet doors. We were on a budget, and I didn't think we'd be able to get the work done until we could save up more, but these guys are so nice that they offered to work with us on our budget - it truly felt like a Christmas miracle (I may have teared up, it was so kind)! They did a great job painting the cabinets and turned them around in just a couple of days, even though I told them they could take their time. "Our house painting project posed many difficulties. Not only is it very tall, requiring every bit of a 40' ladder to reach everything, but it also has lots of different roof line angles, making it quite challenging to get to all of the surfaces. After meeting with half a dozen companies and reviewing all the bids, I chose to work with NW Precision and I couldn't be happier. Sam is not only extremely skilled and conscientious, but he's about the nicest man you will ever meet. He came to the house every morning with a goal for that day that was well planned out. He never disappeared during the day to get supplies, because he made sure the evening before that he had what he needed and came with everything the job required each day. He pressure washed the entire house, then scraped, primed, sprayed and back-rolled each section of shingles, and the result was fantastic. And I never realized how much masking would be involved, but he's got that down to an art. I honestly couldn't be happier with the result. I cannot recommend Sam and NW Precision Painting enough."
