I contacted them and a representative quickly measured and provided an estimate. after approving the replacement, the fence installers were extremely fast and efficient. picked up debris and trash as they worked and answered my questions quickly. "What a great family owned business to work with! I interviewed several fencing companies to make an informed decision...let's face it, replacing a fence is an investment. I chose Banks Exteriors Plus for several reasons (professional estimate, not rushing me into a quick decision, cost effectiveness, and the time element to begin the project), and I'm so glad I did. Their work was excellent and often over-and-above what I had expected (I had plenty of growth (shrubs, tree limbs, ect. to remove), and it was done perfectly. "When I decided to move ahead on a much needed roof removal and replacement, it was very hard to get anyone to respond. However, Michael was very quick to answer my call and get a quote. Eventually I was able to get quotes from 3 different contractors and they were all within $200 for each other, which I find amazing given it was a sizeable job. In the end I did not select American, only because they did not carry workers comp at the time. I understand they have since picked up workers comp. I do most home projects on my own but can't do it all on my own. I will certainly contact Michael for anything in the future I decide to hire out."
