"Douglas was responsive, polite and punctual. He was able to start sooner than anticipated and he and his crew basically performed a miracle on my yard. Douglas even worked around my bee hives and problem solved with me on how to protect both the bees and the crew when they needed to use machines near the hives (cheesecloth and duct tape with a sheet over the hives). I've been fighting the blackberries for years and I thought it was a losing battle. I've hired Ramos Clean Up before and I'll hire them again if I ever need to because the quality and price can't be beat. My husband had gotten a couple different quotes and was even told by one business that he didn't know if his crew would do the job. Ramos Clean Up is worth every penny. I am so unbelievably happy."

Then in 3 days they came back and cleaned out all the old leaves, weeds including blackberries, and got down by my creek and cut down the weeds and shrubs down there. They cleaned up the driveway and along both sides of the house and when done they asked me if anything else needed to be done. I was quite satisfied. They charged $600 which is about the same amount that I've paid before for the cleaning although it's tough finding anyone who is willing to clean out my yard since it's not grass and is has some slopes to it. I am definitely going to hire them again."

"As I stated in my previous post they were professional and very nice. He did a great job on the shrubs. He was to come back and finish the rose bed. He called and told me he would not be able to make it at the appointed time. I said that was fine, then he text me and said he needed more time to make it back. Again I said that was fine and I have not heard back since. I was lucky that the neighbors helped me clean it up with their trimmer. I was very disappointed. I know he is starting out so I would just say to keep in touch with your clients and put the money you make into better equipment so it will not be so **** ** you physically and you can get jobs done quicker. I wish them the best but we will not hire them back."
