"Itâ s so hard to find a reliable, trustworthy company these days. I happened to come across JJB Mechanicalâ s info when I looked at the service records on my furnace and decided to give them a call. When I say AMAZING it canâ t even begin to describe the level of service I received. Juan was great to talk with and showed true compassion and understanding when I explained my central air wasnâ t cooling and the temperature in the house had risen to mid 80â s by then. He had his Tech Daniel here later that day. I was blown away by Danielâ s knowledge and the way he explained things and educated me on what the issue was. Iâ ve used many of the bigger companies over the years and I can tell you that I have never experienced this level of customer service before. From start to finish the entire experience was great. I highly recommend JJB Mechanical!"

The job was done at the appointed time, done quickly, done safely and in the best standards of the trade. The gentlemen that did the job were friendly, respectful, and receptive to my questions, and knowledgable in their answers. They were flexible in identifying work that did or did not need to be done. The initial estimate was a broad "time and materials" estimate. What might be called a "ballpark" estimate. The final price was at the lowest price of the estimate. I am very pleased !! "Called the owner and told her what I needed. She said everything could be done that I asked for. The cleaner was late. I started going over the rooms to be done. We came to the trophy room. And she said that she won?t clean dead animals on the wall. I told the owner that I wanted this done and she said no problem. The cleaner asked to borrow a vacuum cleaner, cleaning gloves and a mop. Really! She said she was new doing this. She did bring a stick vacuum and used it for the basement stairs. I walked by and it smelled like wet dog. She said that she purchased it from a lady that had dogs. She didn?t finish dusting in several rooms. I just couldn?t believe it. Then to top everything thing else She didn?t mop right She left the floor very wet in places. Causing significant damage to the floors. Over $8,000. The cleaner was insured and I did get the money. Now., that this happened around the holidays I couldn?t find any one to do the work. I was so angry!!! Comment for more info"
