"We had the Geek Squad out 3 times to repair our dishwasher. It was worse after each visit. The 4th time I called them to try and get it done again they said that our warranty had ran out. But 5hat if we wanted to pay them they would come back out. Yeah rite! So we were blessed to be in contact with Bergen Co, LLC. It took him an hour to assess the situation and fix it. We plan to have them back out to do some more work for us."

They remodeled our upstairs bathroom including relocating and updating the vanity, installed a new toilet, reworked our baseboard heat, removed the old shower stall, and installed a new bathtub. The kitchen was a complete remodel. They removed all the old cabinets and installed new ones, new faucets and plumbing, new electrical outlets, and new flooring. The old plaster ceiling in the kitchen was uneven so they dropped the ceiling down a couple inches, leveled it, and refinished it including adding new recessed lighting. Overall, they did a marvelous job and we never felt uncomfortable with them in the house. We would definitely hire them again. <br />"

"I had an idea of what I wanted, I put it on paper and took it to Fred. I wanted lots of architectural embellishments: wainscoting, high baseboards like in older or upscale homes, crown molding added to the tops of the doorways, crown molding on ceilings, a brand new spa - like bathroom with a walk-in shower, glass block, a vessel sink, large floor tile. I also wanted to make the kitchen/dining area and living room area appear more spacious. I wanted to add a flat screen TV above the fireplace and wanted to be able to see it while cooking and cleaning. Upstairs in my office, I wanted built in bookcases. I the closets I wanted shelving. Fred saw my vision an has done everything exactly like I wanted. I didn't expect it to take 6 months, but Fred works by himself a lot, sometimes he has one helper, so it's understandable. The things he contracts out, like the tile work, he gets the very best in the business. It has been worth the wait. Everything is gorgeous."
