"Joe is who I worked with and he was very quick to respond, polite, reasonable priced and got the work done when he said he would. Sealed around chimney and vents on roof, cleaned, replaced boards and stained deck, looked like new again, when he was done. I was so impressed I have already referred him to my sister and friends. I will definitely use them again!"

"They Purchased to many materials, and did not give me a receipts to return them to store. I offered to give them to him he said he would be back and he never came, gave them to someone I knew I could not communicate with the workers due to language barrier. They did really good with roofing, they laced out tarp to catch nails and clean up was great."

"This company was very friendly and easy to schedule an appointment. I received a courtesy call, they left a voicemail, and they texted me about an hour before they arrived. Hunter was professional and helpful; fixed my gas fireplace issue super fast - he knew exactly what was wrong. Thank you, Indy Aces!"

Take pride in my work. Great quality work at low costs. Guarantee my work.

"Travis Waters, his father and brother run a very professional business. They have been in communication with me at every stage and given me a heads up whenever there is a delay. They clean up everyday and the work is exceptional. Travis worked with my insurance company to get compensation for the barn roof which was damaged earlier in the year due to a wind storm. I got two quotes for this work and theirs was lower and included more work. Another point that sets them apart from the rest is that they do almost all of their own work. Therefore, they take great pride in their craft and use only the best materials that your budget allows. I would highly recommend them. I have no complaints about their professionalism or their work."

"I took advantage of the Angie's List deal of $99 for the gutter and roof cleaning.  While I normally do my own gutter cleaning; due to recent shoulder surgery, I am unable to do so this year, so for the price, I couldn't pass this up.  Plus, there was some asphalt roof debris on my roof, thanks to the house next door.  :/  While initial communication rapport could have been better, Mr. Scott made up for it, with timely and frequent communication in the end.  From what I can tell (since I can't climb up a ladder at the moment!), the roof and gutters both appear to have been cleared off all leaves and debris, as visible from the sidewalk and what water is coming out of the downspouts.  Thanks Roofing Service Specialists!"

"Excellent!! Tim Sanders did a fantastic job. He was great to work with. Every day he worked, he cleaned up after himself. He put carpet on the roof to protect my shingles. He was very polite and very experienced. Not only would we recommend Sanders and Sons, we will use them again, if need be."

"It went great! Trimmed some large trees that had potential to fall on electrical wiring near my home. The trimmings he did will also help save a crab apple tree. He even gave me a little bit a rope for my dog! I would highly recommend them to others."

"I called Maximus Contracting about needing a new roof because of hail/wind damage.  I needed it quickly because we're selling the house soon, and I didn't have a big budget to work with because I received less from my insurance company than I was expecting.  Eric called back quickly and gave me a very reasonable estimate for the work.  The new shingles are of better quality than my original roof, and it looks great.  I finalized my shingle choice with Eric, and the crew completed the work the very next day.  Eric even came out to my office a couple times because my schedule doesn't often allow me to be at home during the day.  All in all, it was a great experience.  I feel confident that I received a great value, and the customer service was exceptional.  I would highly recommend using this company!
