Owner could not make it on the day work was to be perfomed so he did a drive-by and a walk-thru with one of his crew members a few days before job was to be done and showed him what needed to be accomplished.<br /> I was called the day before stating that they would be at my home the next morning, weather permitting, and they would call first. Well, they called me that morning saying that they would be at my house at a certain time, and they were. A crew of three (3) did the work to perfection. One up in the tree doing the cutting, one on the ground cutting pieces into smaller limbs and the third one hauling the pieces from my backyard to the the shredder on the street in front of home. When they had finished with all the heavy work, all of them cleaned up the yard down to the final leaf. After their work was completed, a knock on the door, a payment made and a shake of hands with all three was the end of a fantastic job performed by this company.<br /> The next evening I received a phone call from the owner asking if I was satisfied.
