"Jeff called me quickly to chat about the issues we were experiencing at our home when i posted my request. I explained there was water leaking through the ceiling and we were not sure exactly where it was coming from. He explained the process and offered a free estimate. Jeff came out around my work schedule and brought another employee with him and got started on finding the leak which only took them about 30 minutes. They had to cut into the wall and ceiling and the finished product looks great and does not leak anymore. The ceiling is textured and they did a great job of matching it. Very professional and reliable! I will be calling him back to repair some nail pops and finishing a banister in my stairway. I recommend him and his team!"

"Shane did a great job.  We scheduled the appointment in advance, and his staff gave us a 30 minute time window for when he would arrive.  He was running a little late from previous appointment, so they called us to let us know.  When he arrived he was very polite, and finished the work quickly.  He came and went in an hour.  I would definitely use him again. <br /> We had a question about our patio door not latching properly (we just moved into house a few months ago) and he fixed it for no <br /> charge.  I asked for a recommendation and quote to install a storm door to our front door.  Not only did he give me a verbal quote, he sent me an email on what type of storm door to buy with the installation quote. He even will pick up door at hardware store for you for small fee ($25). <br /> <br />"

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"<strong> The name of the company says it all as on the day of service they could not have been beaten. Owner could not make it on the day work was to be perfomed so he did a drive-by and a walk-thru with one of his crew members a few days before job was to be done and showed him what needed to be accomplished.<br /> I was called the day before stating that they would be at my home the next morning, weather permitting, and they would call first. Well, they called me that morning saying that they would be at my house at a certain time, and they were. A crew of three (3) did the work to perfection. One up in the tree doing the cutting, one on the ground cutting pieces into smaller limbs and the third one hauling the pieces from my backyard to the the shredder on the street in front of home. When they had finished with all the heavy work, all of them cleaned up the yard down to the final leaf. After their work was completed, a knock on the door, a payment made and a shake of hands with all three was the end of a fantastic job performed by this company.<br /> The next evening I received a phone call from the owner asking if I was satisfied. "Our front door had been damaged by an attempted break-in for years and was getting progressively worse. We were pretty much unable to open it some days last winter. The salesperson that came out was friendly and well-informed. He went through all of our options and we decided on both a new front door and a new sliding glass door to the patio. The front door had many options that we went through which included the style of the door, the inside and outside colors and the style of the windows on either side of the door. He provided us with a quote which we accepted and he gave us what turned out to be a very accurate timeframe of when the doors would be installed. As we waited for the doors to be installed, Bee Window kept us apprised of where we were in the process and we worked out a couple areas in which there were questions. Installation day was scheduled and the installers arrived on time. It took a few hours for both doors to be installed. Before leaving, the installer guided me through opening and locking both doors and answered any questions that I had. They did a great job cleaning up the mess, both inside and outside of the house. The only negative I had with the entire process is that I felt that the price was a bit high. But after having the doors, and especially the new front door, I am more satisfied with this purchase than any other home improvement purchase I have made over the past 20+ years. The door is fantastic -- it closes properly and keeps the sound out and has zero gaps and looks absolutely beautiful."
