"First, Joe (the owner?) was extremely responsive and patient throughout the entire process! I submitted a request and honestly wasn't even sure that they would take on such a small job. Joe agreed to do it, and then the waiting game began. I have The World's Worst Homeowners Association, who are extremely UNresponsive, and it was several months of back and forth with them before I was able to get the light installed. Robert (the installer) was super personable and even offered an idea for an alternative installation location so that the big silver box wasn't the first thing you see right next to the front door where the outlet is. He also explained how additional lights (such as path lights) can be added along the wiring in the future when my budget permits. I did think the price was a little high to begin with, but then again I also could never have done this myself!"

"The transformation that In & Out Design’s team accomplished in just a half day at my townhouse is unbelievable. I had previously utilized their services in my single family home for both Interior Design and Landscape Design/Installation. I knew that when I moved into this townhouse, I would need Mary’s assistance again. She created a new backyard and front entry garden bed landscape design for me over the summer. When I was ready to implement the project, Mary prepared all of the documents to submit to my Homeowners Association for approval and the HOA was so impressed that it was approved in one day. The project was installed last week and I am receiving compliments from all of my neighbors, friends and family. "Current Electrical Contractors did an excellent job for us, below budget, on time, with smart, competent, conscientiously neat, and very personable staff, who offered advice, answered all of our questions, and left us with a house that is electrically sound for the 21st century. They replaced our 100-amp 75-year old panel with a 200 amp panel, which will accommodate future installation of an EV charger and a fully electric stove when desired. They logically re-organized and re-balanced our circuitry, with appropriate re-wiring as needed. They installed GFCI outlets where needed. Our garage is now PHEV capable. Our kitchen now has dedicated circuits and GFCI outlets. We had an inoperative kitchen ceiling exhaust fan that runs again after many years. Our inoperative drawstring closet lights all activate by motion now. And the lighting in our basement is bright enough now to cure my SAD. To summarize, we’re very happy.
