As Superhosts, we?ve worked with many cleaners, and this was by far the poorest quality. They left the house in unacceptable condition ? dirty mirrors, wet towels hung back up, bacon grease all over the stove, fridge not wiped out, floors unswept, and side tables covered in dirt and drink rings. See photos for proof, these were taken by me before guests checked in. The cleaner blamed a ten-minute real estate showing for not finishing, which doesn?t explain the level of neglect.
