"The quality of work was acceptable in that the pavers look good. But there was no particular emphasis on quality control. Several weeks later we are still trying to get our pool to recover from all of the dirt, sand and grunge sprayed into the pool. While the Paver Protetor's agreement specifically rejects liability for damage to landscape, there was virtually no effort to mitigate or limit the damage to landscaping outside of the lanai screen. As a result we have lost considerable landscaping. Finally, the caustic material was cleaned in our yard causing loss of considerable grass that had to be replaced. Paver Protectors needs to let potential customers know exactly what precautions it will take to mitigate damage and what steps the owner may take to mitigate damage. It is truly a question of full disclosure."

"Resurrection / Pearl Pools was awful to deal with. They missed every timeline, they revised the quote upward mid-project after neglecting to include a shower area in the quote. Worst of all, even after MONTHS of missed deadlines, they called to say they were done and demanded final payment. When I said it wasn't and pointed out multiple issues remaining, they said they've done all they can and *full quote from an email from Brian, "I believe Resurrection Pools has lived up to our standards of service and quality." I was left with a deck that I needed to sand a large portion of on my own, plaster that is uneven with blemishes along the steps leading into the pool, tilework that's uneven, there was cement in the spillway so the flap couldn't be re-installed and multiple other issues I've had to deal with. That's their standard of quality and service. I reached out to my original salesman, Dave and he said he would look into it and get back to me. That was over 5 weeks ago."

I can honestly say that I don’t remember a project that went this smoothly. "I have been waiting well over 2 months for them to come back and fix a problem they caused when repairing a crappy paver job the first time. Pavers were sinking all the way around the pool. It took months for them to fix that problem which isn’t smooth the way at should be, but I guess I’ll have to live with it. But while redoing their first mistake they caused a problem to where if I need to put my shutters up, the floor track can’t be secured because they put the pavers back in the wrong location. I have been waiting patiently since the first of the year for this to be repaired. The owner even came out and said they would make it right, I guess I should have asked what year? I’d ask people and not only go off these reviews before hiring. My next step is to call the news Department, the county and possibly a lawyer. Something simple and I can’t get it fixed. I haven’t even mentioned that the pavers are sinking again, I’d probably never get them to fix them again."
