"Polite local family owned business. Sara and Barbara from dispatch kept us informed of our technician's arrival time. The job he was at before ours was more involved than anticipated. Robert was great, explanations were clear, he had everything he needed and was out in under an hour. There was no upselling involved. The job looks very nice and was $300 less than a large chain competitor's estimate, for the exact same thing!"

I have called and left text messages frequently but he doesn’t answer the phone or text messages. Clean up and making call backs is part of the job. Taylor has shot himself in the foot!
