He advised that he is not able to refinish the floors and it’s best to replace. We agreed on it and he walked me through every step and stayed real close in contact with me before and during the process. "Awesome! I called 4 different tile companies on Thursday March 21, 2019. Oscar was the first one to call back and actually had one of his people come to my house within 20 minutes. Other companies finally called back. Their prices were at least $1500 over what Oscar quoted me. They also told me it would take 4 to 7 days to complete. His crew showed up at 9am on Friday the 22nd ripped up old tile replaced it by 3pm. I've never seen anything like it! They came back on Monday to grout it. They did a beautiful job!
