"Three guys showed up, which was a little puzzling for cleaning a dryer vent. The guys were all polite and professional. The work was finished satisfactorily and very quickly but I was surprised that the charge was $150 plus tax. The quote was $99 - $250, depending on the work required. They pulled our dryer away from the wall, cleaned out the vent, put the dryer back. So why did this little job cost more than $99?"

"I am updating my review. The gentlemen that showed up were Excellent! Making the appt was easy. She was very friendly. Day of appt she called bc they were ahead of schedule if I would like for them to come early. ABSOLUTELY :) <br />The gentlemen showed up very professional and very kind. <br />My white tile and white grout is white again. However, the day they left the carpet, I thought would be improved. However, after drying time, the smell is worse. looks fantastic with no stains. (I have a new puppy and there were lots of little stains). The stains were superficial and they cleaned an area rug in exchange for a coupon. I have had to throw the area rug out. I am not sure they are the best in treating stains. I cannot get the smell in the room where they cleaned the carpet. they left behind. <br /> <br />"

"The overall experience went very well in the sense that the staff (2 + a supv) seemed very competent in the execution and explanation of every step of the process. The job took 2 full days (which was much more than I had anticipated), but I guess that is to be expected for the work beyond just sealing the ducts. The overall improvement for heating and cooling capacity for the duct sealing is 40% based upon the measured leakage reduction and the original register flow.This should help to extend the life of the heating/ac units as they now have to work less in order to maintain consistent temperatures -- time will tell. The staff was very nice to work with."

"They came out fast. As a matter of fact, it was real fast, 20 minutes. They found the problem. We had previously had another company out here and they charged us $400 plus and said it was fine. The next time it went out, we just called the nearest person which was Mt. Holly Heating & Air. They sent a crew out in 20 minutes. They found the mistake, somebody had yanked the wiring out of the box, it wasn't connected correctly. He said, I imagine your electric bill was pretty high, these wires are not supposed to be. He repaired it and the ill was $65. Yes, we will hir them again. They found the mistake immediately. They didn't charge a whole lot and they got it repaired whithin half an hour."

"Roofing was excellent, going above and beyond by doing extra work to improve ridge vents previously put in by another company.  The night after they did 60% of the job we had a very hard rain and I had no leaking because they only took off the old shingles where they could install the new ones in the same day.  I was very pleased with that.  Gutter ended up good but only after a disappointing start.  I had two special areas that I warned them about several times.  When they were first done I specifically asked about those areas and was told they were good.   I later tested with water and found they still had not slanted enough, leaving way too much water in the gutters.  I felt that after specific warning it should have been tested before I was told it was good.  I suggested to their representative that he or an independent person in his employ should always check gutter work with water instead of leaving it to the home owner.  He thought that was a good idea but I did not hear a commitment to do so.  It was fixed shortly thereafter.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Painter was very good and careful not to make a mess.  Cleanup afterwards was very good. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I was told that I would receive some last paperwork in the mail including formal guarantees.  After multiple calls I eventually got them.  Some disappointment there."
