"When I originally spoke with James, one of his technicians was on the way out to our house. We had two outlets that had caught on fire from a portable heater, a 220-volt outlet that needed to be switched to a 120 (to support the heater), and we needed our GFIC outlet tested. James came out himself and took care of everything within an hour and a half.
