"Washer continued to leak into tub even after unplugged. Lonnie came out immediately and said the hoses weren't tightened off enough and the screens needed replaced in hoses due to corrosion. Charge was $82.53 which included the service call. 2 days later, problem was back. Called Lonnie and he stated he was afraid it was a valve and told me the cost of the valve upfront. I knew from talking to others that this price was not inflated. He ordered it and came out within days and installed it. No service charge this time, only actualy valve cost and $30 labor. I'm a happy camper. Lonnie always does execellent work and is honest. He could tell you anything and charge a lot because the average person like me would never know. We've used them for years and will continue to as I trust them to give me execellent service w/o being ripped off. <br />"

"This is the second time I've called them for service in the last year. Last summer they came out because my air conditioner wouldn't run. They were here the same day and had it fixed within a half hour. <br /> <br />This time since my air was working, just not right, they scheduled an appointment for Friday morning. The service man was here at 0745, he checked the outside unit, and then the inside part and determined that the expansion valve was bad. He said it was OK to use it until the part came in and then told me the cost and amount of time it will take. He was very knowledgable and explained everything he was doing. "Work went fine. 9 months later when I could actually get down in crawl space I found that there were several areas where plastic was not taken to outside walls as was contracted. They cleaned up 25 years of other contractors leaving their trash behind and then left theirs' behind. The spray insulation cans were laying all over. Contract said mold was supposed to be re checked in a year but nobody has come back. I have called and talked to the owner 3 times and he told me he would be by. The fourth time my call was never returned. Always get several bids and get multiple referrals. <br /> <br />"
